Love this condo

4th time we’ve stayed at Jason’s place - love it. Spacious, clean, well equipped, great kitchen, easy walk to town,very close to bus stops that service ski hill or FraserJason is very communicative and helpful we’ll be back!

Great location and exactly as advertised!

Communication with property manager was very responsive and respectful. There are many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The hot tub is AWESOME, and its very easy to navigate the building.

Beautiful condo with great beds!

We loved the location of this condo! It was walkable to restaurants and shops. The decor was very well done and the beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place, Excellent Location

On first arrival we got to the property late due to weather on the way in. Utilizing the Latch app to access the parking garage and condo made checkin SO easy after a long flight / drive. We were in and unpacked quickly.The only problem we experienced was with spa towels and they were quickly rectified by the host Jason. Property was amazing, clean, everything worked as expected and in some cases better than expected. Free shuttles were a half block walk from the condo for the Winter Park Ski resort. Having Perk Coffee and Moon Frog coffee within walking distance was awesome.We cooked in for breakfast every morning before skiing and cooked in for supper all but a couple evenings cause we wanted to check out the local fares. Shopping was close and easy. This was an amazing condo and will hope to visit it again if we ski at WP again in the future.

Family Ski Trip

This was a great condo for our family's annual ski trip! It is the perfect location with restaurants and coffee in walking distance. The condo is well stocked with all cooking and necessary kitchen supplies. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing. We would definitely stay her again!

Beautiful place

This was the perfect place for my family. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need, and we were able to fully relax. The location is perfect- walking distance to stores and trails. The hot tub was huge and the perfect temperature. I will definitely stay here again.

Great Condo and I would Recommend!

Great condo to stay during the winter and would be very good for the summer as well. The location for skiing is great with a quick drive to Winter Park. After skiing, it was very nice to be able to walk to restaurants including Hernando’s for pizza and the Noble Buck. There are a bunch of other restaurants walking distance as well. Hideaway Park was walking distance and allowed for tubing and snowball fights, too. The communication with the host was great. I would recommend the condo!

Great condo and location

We have a new favorite condo in winter park. The location can’t be beat; walking to Hernandos and The Foundry make a great ending to any day on the mountain. The condo was furnished with all necessities and items needed for your stay. Will definitely recommend to others.

Ski Getaway

Quick ski getaway for a weekend. Fantastic property! Clean, well furnished, and comfortable. Parking garage is a real treat. Walking distance to WP restaurants and bars. We’ll be back!

Family Ski Trip

Beautiful condo in downtown Winter Park. Our family of four was very comfortable in the space. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook and serve meals. The location was great with a coffee shop and our favorite pizza place in walking distance! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfection

We loved our stay! The condo was so clean and comfortable. Having the pack & play and high chair was so helpful. The location was great! Having the grocery store close by was also fantastic (although they seemed low on much of their stock). Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect

This property was perfect for our getaway to Winter Park. The apartment is walking distance to groceries, coffee shops, and restaurants, but located towards the end of the busy area, so that it is also peaceful and private. The apartment was clean, the kitchen had everything we could ask for, the washer and dryer are a great bonus, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are set up well to accommodate families. Our host was extremely responsive and provided clear details on check in and location. We absolutely plan to return to this perfect apartment!!
