“地點在鄰近火車站，十分方便交通，附近飲食食店也不少。雖鄰近火車站，但安靜，十分好。提供的早餐很好頗豐富。酒店環境一般，地氈有些污糟。浴室去水不是很好，令洗澡時水有些浸及濺水浴室門。職員態度可以，但弄錯了我們入住的Keycard,導致Keycard失效，我們晚上10：40pm回酒店無法用Keycard開酒店大門（Reception，10pm closed),亦無法乘lift上樓，打酒店電話無人接聽。幸運地有住客出現協助（她用的Keycard陪同我地乘lift上樓）。但幸好Keycard可以入房間！翌日通知職員昨晚問題，回覆是職員弄錯Keycard導致失效！其實問題很嚴重，如果昨晚沒有住客出現及協助，我和家人恐怕要在大堂過夜。事件令人對酒店信心大失！ ”

“The location is great, only minutes from the train station, where you can also find the coop supermarket in the complex. It's off the main street so the traffic won't bother your rest. A sign showing the entrance, which looks no difference from other office building, would definitely help. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room are spacious and tidy and you can make yourself a coffee with the nespresso machine. The breakfast is good.”
