"Underground a 4 minutos caminando, bien conectado. Lugares para desayunar y comer muy cerca, supercitos, licorería, etc. fácil de llegar. Muy limpio, atmósfera tranquila. Lllave digital para entrar al hotel y al cuarto. Cuarto limpio, nos dieron el primer piso, lo malo in cuarto de discapacitados. No había donde sentarse, ni sillas ni mesas para dejar cosas. Camas literas dobles, deliciosas. Buenas amenidades. Sin TV. Lo malo fue que la regadera estaba tapada y se inundó el baño y se metió hasta el cuarto. Pero el recepcionista atendió la situación y lo arregló, y nos dieron toallas extras y agua y dejaron todo muy bien. Desde wa me pidieron el taxi y me atendieron súper bien."

"Lo único destacable de la estancia fue el desayuno. Las instalaciones son antiguas y necesitan una renovación. Durante las 3 noches no limpiaron la habitación, lo cual es inaceptable. Además, me asignaron una habitación adaptada para personas con movilidad reducida sin haberlo solicitado, lo que hizo la experiencia aún peor. En general, una experiencia muy negativa. "Excelente ubicación muy cerca de el Big Ben, checkin rápido, desayuno diario, y tienen un sistema digital para luz y aire acondicionado en las camas lo cual se agradece cuando te estás quedando dormido o tienes frío por la noche para no pararte. El personal fue increíble, solo consideren que el cuarto no es grande, hicimos 5 noches y puedo decir que estuvo okey pero si nos estás acostumbrado a espacios pequeños sí sería complicado. "
