Loved the chaise lounge with the little table which was handy for a drink or texting. The bed was very comfortable.

Trucks ran up and down the highway in front of the hotel all night. Very noisy. Parking was a challenge. There were only 3-4 cars but 25-30 work trucks in the parking lot. The trucks took up most of the parking especially spots in front of the hotel.

The construction was not an issue. Rooms were comfortable and it was quiet. Pool and spa are closed but should be back up soon! Will stay again.

my room was a disaster, no hot water in the morning, lights not working in the bathroom, heating and cooling stoped working, the room was not clean, old coffee left in the maker. Need I continue! Hampton should be ashamed of this hotel!

Beds need improvement
The hotel staff called the day before our arrival to inform us that the hotel was under construction. I missed the call and called back. Had I not called back they would have canceled my reservation. That happened to our colleague. Fortunately for her they had a room available. That being said. The room was fairly nice. Large and super clean. However, my rating is based on the bed. It was absolutely horrendous! So uncomfortable. Sleeping on pillows didn’t help either. For one night I did feel like hauling up the mattress toppings (that we travel with), big mistake! Breakfast was okay. Omelettes, sausage, and potatoes, along with oatmeal cereal, fruit, and pasties.

The hotel is under construction. Walking in the front door and everything is a mess. Floor is partially finished some new and some under construction. Very dusty, plastic hanging everywhere. We get to the room and NO TOILET PAPER!! When we get into bed the front desk calls and says our credit card was declined for the incidentals at 11pm. The room was already payed for!!

We showed up and they were jackhammering the lobby. We decided to give it a chance. The room was great. The next day we were gone for about 4 hours came back and the room key did not work. I had talked to the manager before our stay that confirmed the same room for two days and nights with no issues and it was. We had to get new keys. So we decided I would take a shower and decide if we would stay or go. No hot water so we left. Manager was not available for any interactions. Was not very professional was not impressed. We cut our vacation short I was very upset with the whole stay. They should have shut down the hotel for the renovations. Will never go back.

This Hampton is very run down and dirty. The hallway walls were filthy and our bathroom was not clean. There were boot tracks in the floor in front of the toilet and pubic hairs in the bathtub, totally disgusting! I will not stay here again

Staff was on his phone with his ear buds and really didnt want to check me in. Later we went to the pool only to find it was closed. When asked the staff he just shrugged his shoulders and said maybe later in the month it would open. Then went to getca snack. No vending machine and in the store they had 4 bags of fritos and 1 bag of cheetos. The staff said they hadnt ordered in awhile. I bought a bag of $0.75 chips. He handed me back 18 PENNIES. Said it was $0.82 after tax and they didnt have any change. The bathtub had hair in it. Not impressed for what I paid.

Took 9 minutes to get hot water to the tap. The bathroom was dirty and stained. The whole place needs a refresh. The remote control didn't go with the TV so didn't work well. The front desk staff was not friendly. The food staff was AWESOME and friendly.

Staff was amazing friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable slept great. Was disappointed in condition overall. Pool and hot tub not working, computer in business are not working , ice machine not working. Lots of wear and tear overall. Block out curtains in room ripped in several places, clock in room not working correctly. Bathroom needed some works as well as the carpet in room. Outside front entry cracked and broken a safety hazard for sure.

When was the last time you cleaned?
It was apparent from standing water, mold on wall and trim and filth on toilet that there had been an ongoing leak from the toilet, you could actually see the water dripping. This room should have been out of service, it was not clean. When I went to the front desk to ask about moving, I was told they had two other handicap access rooms on the first floor. My husband is in a wheelchair, so packing our stuff back up to relocate to a different floor, opposite ends of the hotel was difficult. It was unnecessary since the room clearly should not have been used in the first place. Staff could have cared less about the situation and hardship this caused. Second room was clean, but the property is generally in poor repair, and customer service is sub-par. This property is a black eye to the Hilton Brand.

Expected more from a Hampton Inn
Very run down. Hallways had ceiling tiles missing and water dripping in several places. Pool, ice machine, one the exterior doors were all out of order. Mold on bread/toast at breakfast. Minor inconvenience but there wasn’t a single outlet at the night stand. Several of the outlets had seen better days. Water was shut off due to a leak…which might explain the ceiling issues in the hallway. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were great.

Great breakfast and Very pleasant staff
Our check-in was fast and smooth. After a good night sleep, we enjoyed the free breakfast. I think this might have been one of the best free breakfasts I have enjoyed. When checking out, I wanted to pay for a couple of sodas I had purchased the night before. The Hotel manager gave them to me complimentary. It was very appreciated. I would stay here again.

Perfect for price
We decided to stay at this hotel because it had a hot tub but unfortunately swimming pool and hot tub was closed due to repair. The room was almost perfect. Bed comfortable, large room for 6, but tv kinda small for room size. Alot of cosmetic damages to hallways and doors. I guess expected better from Hilton hotel. Overall experience was nice. Staff was Amazing!!!

Close to a nice Mexican restaurant and gas station. This is a Hampton inn and cost more than a comfort suites or holiday Inn yet both of the other places near by were way nicer than this.
