A very warm welcome to our beautiful cottage, a much loved converted barn on our working farm near the town of Wooler. Boasting 1 bedroom with hot tub outside and cosy bath in the bedroom, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for two guests. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling.


As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridgefreezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle and a microwave.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


There is one bedroom in this cottage which contains a king sized bed.


There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are allowed at the property - max 2 dogs and subject to an additional £20 fee. *Please note* booking price includes one evening’s use of hot tub only. Hot tub has to be emptied and cleaned between uses, any additional uses are charged at £40 per use.
