I nearly fell several times because my foot (12's) were too long for the short clearance. “Shock at the condition of the apartment complex- very run-down. The overwhel smell of Marijuana took our breath away. We never got rid of the smell in the 3 days we were there with the windows and patio door open 24 hrs a day for 3 days. Old milk left in the fridge, old coffee in coffee pot, 1 piece of hair found in the bed. The tops of door frames in one bedroom acovered in dust. Hair in the tub drain, dirt, and dust behind the toilet in 1 bathroom. 1 lamp light switch broken, tape holding……

“Price was very reasonable and responsiveness of owner excellent. Bed was comfortable and living area met our needs well. A couple of hiccups that would improve the property. Several areas in the ceiling of the bedroom 2nd floor below the open-air deck had hanging paint and plaster dangling from obvious prior ceiling water leaks. The stairs from the main living area to the bedroom have no railing or hand holds creating safety hazard. One evening when gently pulling the curtains closed in……
