Location of the property is great. You are in the center, a short walk to everything that is important. The rook look good. The only downside is that it is a bit noisy: you can hear noise from the hallway and also the water from the pipes.
Nice stay in the Saragossa center. Convenient parking, although not cheap (12 euro). Tip: if you drive there, just park first on Plaza Espana, then go to reception and ask for discount ticket.
Lovely staff and reception. Room needing refurbished. But would stay again. Excellent location.

Good for the price
This Hotel is inexpensive so one should not expect too much. No fitness room, no ice for drinks, no parking - they do give a discount voucher for 12 euro a day for the public parking garage across the street. It is safe and the rooms are clean, but its minimal. The shower water was lukewarm. One thing I didn't like was no non-smoking rooms. That kind of made me ding the cleanliness of the room. For me, I came in at 8PM and left at 6AM and it was sufficient for a good night of sleep. Location for restaurants and shopping is very good - its in the middle of a very urban stretch.

The location was perfect - Plaza de Espana with El Tubos (a maze of small alleys packed with Tapa bars and restaurants) just across the Plaza. The staff was outstanding!!! The hotel was overall very clean except the first room I had (I booked a third night separately and got moved) was disgusting. It had three small beds (maybe a room for kids to stay in while partying?) it had a stench that I couldn’t identify, was hot (in Spain it is a law that the AC has to be set to a certain temperature and the thermostat disabled - that is why you see a lot of posts about Spanish hotels being hot an the thermostat being broken). The walls were filthy and for some reason there was what looked like smeared blood on the ceiling????
But the third night they moved me to a perfect room large and clean overlooking the Plaza.
The hotel is extremely central. The only problem is the parking under Plaza España which is designed for small car and is expensive. The hotel is great and you can do everything by foot.

Fantastic location, friendly, but tired furniture
Positive points: The location is within walking distance of almost everything of touristic interest in Zaragoza and there is also public transportation just outside the front door. The staff are kind, friendly and pleasant. Negative points:The furniture is tired and needs to be replaced, the liquid soap/shampoo in the bathrooms is not a good shampoo and breakfast is cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Dear Louis, we appreciate your comments and valuation. For us it is very important to know your feedback about the hotel. Thank you for your trust. Sincerely, the director
Everything st the hotel was excellent. Estrella the receptionist on check in and Maria Jose on check out were very helpful. They also helped us with our questions and gave us excellent information about the area.
The hotel was in the central square and we were able to see most of the area on site. Breakfast was very good for the price. We found an excellent restaurant S13 Salamero just a few hunded metres away. Menu of the day including wine €19. Food and service was really good. We only stayed for one night so we will be visiting again soon.

Dear guest, we appreciate your comments and valuation. Please consider the Boutique Hotel Maza your home in Zaragoza. Thank you for your trust. Sincerely, the director
The location was excellent for our purpose of visiting the city. We were able to walk to all the main attractions. The discounted parking (12 euro /24 hrs) was just across from the hotel, but we didn't know this in advance and was no place to park to get this info from reception. So, we had to park in a paid parking, walk to the hotel to find where we can park the car. Would be great if the directions to the parking would be given on the website.

Not boutique, but adequate.
First of all, 'boutique' is a misnomer here, as apparent when walking into the small spartan reception area. It is just a good value budget hotel located within easy walk to most of the main sights. Spotlessly clean but noise may be an issue for light sleepers.
TV channels are all in the local languages. Breakfast is decent with cereals, bread, cured meat etc.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR COMMENTS. FOR US, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT WHAT OUR CLIENTS THINK. WE WILL TRY TO IMPROVE. IT WILL BE A PLEASURE TO SEE YOU AGAIN IN OUR HOTEL.
We only spent one night here and after staying in hostels it was a breath of fresh air. It was small but cosy, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was 4 euros per person and had juices, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, pastries, bread (with a toaster), fruit and tomato spreads, cheese and cold meats.
The Hotel is in a great position for seeing Zaragoza, close to all the things needed to make your stay in this wonderful city enjoyable. From the bus/tram stop and taxi stand outside, to the cafes and main tourist sites nearby. Also has a computer and printer next to the breakfast salon, which we only discovered when we were leaving. Highly recommended, and room 603 was on the top floor with a great view over the plaza.
The breakfast was a great disappointment for the cost - there was nothing edible besides processed meat and cheese and sugar loaded pastries. No eggs, no vegetables, no orange juice, no yogurt etc.
This was intended as an overnight stop on a road trip. However the city and the hotel were so good and such great value that we stayed over for an extra night. Location is superb and easily accessible. Park at the Sanclemente parking and walk 100 yards. Show the parking office your hotel receipt when leaving and get half price parking. Pay the extra 10 euros for a room overlooking the square. Plenty places around for cheap food and drink. Visit the cathedral. Great find and best value ever. Loved it
We stayed here in May 2015 for 3 nights.
Very good budget hotel - staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, bed comfortable and shower worked well.
Breakfast was basic but good quality.
Great location.
Overall would recommend and would return.
Room was much much smaller than expected And free wifi never worked in the room which means they need to review their poor wifi system as not all the hotel can be reached. Great location and good general condition of the hotel otherwise.

Nice small hotel right in downtown Zaragoza
Nice boutique hotel in the heart of Zaragoza. Room was small but had all the essentials. Bed was crisp and comfortable. After all, you only need to sleep there when you're exploring a new part of the world. Excellent cafe across the street has great breakfast options.
Estupenda situación, la cama de matrimonio muy cómoda, las individuales no tanto (teníamos 2 habitaciones). Los baños necesitan una reforma urgente.
Me pareció caro para como era el hotel y sobretodo los baños.
