The hotel was a nice location within easy walking distance to many local attractions. Even with the added business due to Ironman event, the staff were very friendly and very responsive. Great location, great staff, and excellent overall stay.

Beautiful hotel! Upscale and ultra clean. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Bathroom was up to date and spotless. Kitchenette equipped with all we needed. Steps away from the lake. Plus, the staff was extremely kind and helpful😀

Really beautiful hotel. Great location in town, wonderfully furnished, great beds, great feel. Supercool rooftop bar and lounge, and great breakfast.

It was very nice! Rooms were great - they even made up the third person bed for us. Good location to center of town, pedestrian zone, and restaurants. We especially liked the rooftop bar/restaurant where we watched the Eurocup games with other customers. Great place!

Nice place.
Nice hotel, good breakfast and skybar had amazing view and good ambience. Most of staff was attentive and friendly. Some noise coming from the main road going through town. Parking in town is somewhat expensive.

Excellent hotel!! Very polite, helpful and friendly staff, from the front desk to the people who helps during breakfast, which by the way, is delicious! Rooms are very spacious and clean.

Staff very friendly & helpful. Location great. Parking one Block away - not so cool, but ok. Room furnishings very bland, had NO local (tirolean) look. Too bad, it would have been a nice fit for the area.

The location was excellent. The staff we found friendly and the breakfast selection was very good. The staff responded promptly and effectively to a concern about noise. Would stay again.

Very good stay!
We got upgraded to a suite, in order for our family stay to be more comfortable, which was very nice! The design of this hotel and the suite is very cool, with diagonal walls and lines in the space. One small comment: Maybe could design it different to allow 2 separate spaces- For parents and for kids, instead of the closet, safe and mini bar space. Location is perfect, and quiet enough although right at the center. Parking is fairly expensive- 10 Euros per night, and a few minutes' walk from the hotel. Would be better if parking was available in the underground parking right next to the hotel.

Easily locatable excellent hotel in town centre
Excellent hotel with very friendly and efficient staff in centre of Zell am See. Unfortunately it is on the main traffic street by a set of traffic lights and suffers from traffic noise, particularly as the windows have to be open for cooling. Very good breakfast but unfortunately dinner appeared to be soused in vinegar and was somewhat off putting. Has private parking area remote from hotel to which staff ferry the car to and from

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und sehr gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz konnte uns ebenfalls angeboten werden. Wünsche fürs Zimmer wurden berücksichtigt. Zimmer war frisch renoviert.

Wir waren in der Panoramasuite. Super schön. Für die Sauna mussten wir uns wegen Corona anmelden und waren dann auch alleine da. Es ist aber auch nur für max. 3 Personen Platz. Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Auf Wunsch bekommt man Omlette und Spiegeleier gemacht. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Insgesamt Top, Daumen hoch. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Kann dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen, top!! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage perfekt und die Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Waren leider nur 1 Tag in ZaS , kommen aber mit Sicherheit wieder.
