However, the staff did not explain anything to guests upon arrival, which could be improved. Overall, I hope the hotel invests in some interior refurbishment to make the stay more comfortable."

"This cozy hotel with marvellous staff is a gem in the heart of Ostend. It’s location is very central: 15 minutes walk from the train station, 2 minutes to the beach and 5 mins to the shopping street. Breakfast was also more than ok, with lot of choices. The coffee could however have been better. The deluxe room was very spacious and clean. Fantastic stay!"
