The villa is ideally located 100m from a beautiful sandy beach and 150m from restaurants.

The patio in the center of the villa is the link connecting all living spaces. It creates a warm atmosphere with a teak table that can accommodate 12 people who is cleverly shaded by a pergola IPE, guarantee friendly meals. A gas barbecue liven up your meals with family or friends. The swimming pool (heated) is also modern and pleasant with several sofas and comfortable loungers located all around.

Two bedrooms and the kitchen with the center island have direct access to the patio. Two other rooms adjoining the villa are also facing the patio. The fifth bedroom overlooks the garden.
All rooms are air conditioned and have their own bathroom.

The very cozy living room also overlooks the south side garden. On this side there is another large terrace with a table that can also accommodate 12 guests. An outdoor lounge with armchairs will allow you to relax peacefully.

The residence is intended to be very quiet for a relaxing holiday. The varied and beautiful landscapes, the beaches around are also very beautiful. The mountain less than an hour allows a nice refreshing stroll (Bavella, Zonza and rivers with possibility of canyoning).
