"It’s a very long walk to the elevator and its hard to find. If using the shuttle, be sure to plan to be riding for an hour after too."

"Very pleasant hotel, it shows that the management is trying to provide a good experience. The A/C unit was defective, is still summer, I requested twice maintenance. They came, looked at it, declared it defective, and I got the I'll be back later, and nothing happened. Otherwise a very pleasant place."

"We had a single queen room. It was modern but a little tight for 2 suitcases. The lobby and check-in desks are on the 2nd floor which wasn't immediately clear to us when we arrived. The location is a 7-15 minute walk for many Mayo appointments. Parking was $16/day but very convenient if added during check-in. Based on my experience this is the same price you'd pay at any other garages downtown. Had a gym. No pool. There was a nice looking restaurant right off of the lobby where you could order meals and room service from."

"Staff here were very friendly and kind; our son was seen at Mayo Clinic and we were running late to do our check out but we called and asked if we could move it up to another hour and they were kind enough to say yes and that made this trip easier and stress free. Highly recommended!!"
