“This hotel was outstanding, not for its clean rooms and amenities (which were excellent in every respect) but for its friendly and helpful staff AND its complementary shuttle service. We were attending a wedding reception at the Seven Hills Ballroom and thanks to the shuttle service, did not have to worry, either about finding a taxi or driving, shall we say, slightly impaired. ”
