“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“To start everything off, we waited approximately 45 minutes for a staff member to arrive at the front desk just to check in…we then checked out just 20 minutes after receiving our keys. The room was not clean and the location of our room was much more out of the way than we had anticipated. Hair was everywhere, including the towels, toilet and bed cover. Envelope for housekeeping from previous guest was left untouched…and we noticed blood on the door when leaving. Since we booked through……

“Place is just gross. I dropped an earring that went under the dresser and was horrified. The amount of dirt and dust and whatever else was under there was nauseating. I was supposed to stay another night and packed up and left. There is a lovely Marriott across the parking lot. I also felt very unsafe with the sliding glass door that leads right to the parking lot. The lock didn’t even seem to work well. I left smelling like some funky incense too.”

“AC was okay, but loud. It was still muggy even with the cold air and the smell in the room was horrific. We were exhausted after driving straight across the state after a full day of work and just wanted to rest. The young woman at the desk overnight was rude, and the front office also smelled like sewage. In the room, there was a stinkbug on the ceiling. There were more outside on the property, so I assumed it just slipped in before we arrived, but it hadn’t moved in the two days we were……

“Nice, older hotel that has been updated. The AC was noisy and access to the room was a bit of a haul since all the upper rooms are accessed along an outdoor walkway, and I happened to get the room at the very end, and the ramp that was nearest my room was blocked off due to repairs. Other things in the room were very nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but had newer fixtures. There is a nice little balcony that overlooks the river. The breakfast was good and the……
