“Terrible odor in my room and the bed was wet on one side.”

“The room was nasty, there were roaches and they didn't have the two bed we needed so we had to settle for a king bed and pull out couch. Not ok at all”

“First, the staff is VERY FRIENDLY and helpful. The hotel is old and it’s in a small town. On the good side, they do offer breakfast, which is not indicated on the Expedia site or app. If you are wondering, yes, they have a waffle iron and batter. Our room had a very musty smell, as if a homeless person with musty clothes and body odor has been staying there. The mustiness was also coming out of the A/C unit. It was a strong, moldy, mildew-like smell. I had to turn the A/C colder to try to reduce……

“My husband, 4 year old daughter & I enjoyed our stay in the Classic Cabin # 303! Everything was so tidy and neat, WiFi worked great, the location of the cabin was perfect from my parents lake property (where we went to shoot fireworks and cookout). The cabin had everything we needed & the kitchenette was very nice and everything worked as it should (I do wish there was a toaster, but that's just a personal preference). “The whole experience was terrible, we didnt stay. That place needs to be shut down until they clean it up. Mold on the tables, carpet was filthy, beds were horrible, stunk really bad, service was rude and so on.”

“The room was disgusting……the sheets had stains the tub/shower was dirty. The towels smelled moldy. The room was supposed to be non smoking, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people in the next room talking…..just talking….it was that bad. I was suppose to stay two nights, but I left after one. I highly recommend not staying here if you are in the area!”

“The staff was very nice, EVERYONE greeted us , and was friendly. Our room was not the best location, middle of the downstairs hall across from vending. Could have asked to move I guess but it was pretty full. I could hear EVERYTHING on the floor above us ,(walking, toilet flushing in the wall next to the bed coming from the floors above). Breakfast was great , the dining area clean and maintained. Overall, I can always count on Country Inn & Suites for a good stay.”

“The place is unacceptable. This is the first time Hotels.com has misled me. The photos are fakes or were made so long ago they are essentially fakes. We had two rooms. One had spiders finishing webs in the bathroom doorway and a heating unit that was smashed in and covered with tape and plaster. The second had a busted toilet lid, a large, sticky spill on the floor, and ants crawling through the beds and spill. No towels. Filthy sinks and tubs. We left rather than stay. Do not reserve or plan to……
