“Our Unit was VERY dated....the sheets had good size holes in them, we were there a full week and NEVER had housekeeping ask if we needed any thing, I had to hunt them down for more towels, no sign to put out to ask if the room needed cleaning, it was like a ghost town. The air conditioner was LOUD and the entire property was dated. Definately needs some attention. Comforter on top of the bed was so old, the stuffing inside was clumped up in various large balls, I looked in other rooms through...

“By accident, I hit the smoking room button and when I asked to change the room, he told me that it would be more for a non-smoking. The room was disgusting. It smelled worse than a dead ashtray. All my clothes smell like smoke and an ashtray my luggage now smells like an ashtray. I didn’t sleep a wink by the time I was done I felt like throwing up There were toilets sitting outside my room. There’s drug addicts and lowlife everywhere. Please do not stay there. It was awful.”

“We had requested a first floor room due to my wife's disability, but they had no record of the request. To make matters worse, they had no elevator. When we got in the room there was a glue trap visible in the room, the TV remote did not work, the room had no chairs and no desk or work table. While there, our key cards quit working and were told sorry, but that is out of our control, its a timer, but they gave us new cards that worked.”
