“Breakfast was decent ”

“Nice clean place. Have stayed twice and will stay again. ”

“The bed was so soft that I thought I was going to be swollowed up. The breakfast had stale bagels, no cereal, and no coffee. During check in the front desk tried to charge me for 2 extra adults and I had to explain to her that these are my 15 and 11 year old boys and they are added to the reservation as kids. She was going to argue with me when I told her they are tall but still kids. ”

“The room was very clean maybe just a tad bit small. I was very excited to use the indoor pool but they did not have any heat on and the pool was freezing but we did love that they had a pool table, coffee allll night, and complementary breakfast. Overall it was a very good rest stop style hotel. ”

“The hotel is under renovations but the staff was excellent, attentive and explained the situation. We slept very well. They have a very nice included breakfast buffet. And excellent coffee. Thank you! ”

“was in one room that wasnt bad, was clean when i arrived and i was happy with it. 6 days into my stay the office calls and tells me i have to move rooms because she had another booking for a room that needed two beds. then was told that i had to wait til another room was clean before i could even put my things into a different room. after about two hours of waiting i finally got a different room.... it was the same style room, with two beds.. but in way worse condition than the first. and to top……

“The building has potential and our room was nice with a jetted tub. However, breakfast was mediocre and our room needed to be vacuumed. Good location in Battle Creek. Fair price for the hotel. ”
