“Good customer service ”

“The only good thing about it , was the costumer service off the gentleman on the front desk. But the room not as good, because it was a not smoking room but people smoked inside the building and it smelled like weed super strong. Another thing was the door to go in the building, people would bang the door so hard on the middle of the night, that it was hard to sleep. Also the air conditioning would make a loud noise every time it would go on. Overall the environment was not to safe. ”

“This is a lovely hotel, and I have stayed here multiple times. This last time, however, we had an issue with missing items. Jewelry was unfortunately left in the room and was then suspiciously “just not there” when we asked to have it retrieved and sent to us. This tells me that someone either pocketed the items or threw them away. Either way, there’s some dishonest people working here and that makes me feel like I can’t stay at this location again. Such a shame!”

“The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Walisha. The location is near the interstate, several restaurants and shops. The pleasant smell of cleanliness hit as soon as you enter the hotel, and the rooms did not disappoint either. The room was spacious, very clean and plenty of towels were provided. Breakfast was good. Pork and turkey sausage options were available. Parking was plentiful. I definitely recommend this hotel. ”

“Stayed 3 days for my son’s graduation from Fort Jackson. The area has lots around. The motel itself wasn’t bad just typical. Had issues with my key pretty much every day but the staff were pretty quick to fix it. I’d stay again if I was in the area”
