“On Tuesday, June 3, 2026, my family and I checked into your hotel around 6:00 p.m. while attending our loved one’s Fort Jackson boot camp graduation. Our stay was extremely disappointing. Our room had no hot water. When I called the front desk, I was told to let the bathtub water run for 10 minutes, but the problem was never resolved. No one followed up to check on us. Around 8:00 p.m., I called again to request another room, but no one answered the front desk after multiple attempts, which was……

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Close proximity to the convention center and lots of restaurants. Very clean rooms. Since it is a new property they have some minor issues such as my room tv cromecast was connecting to a different room. I reported this issue but no one acted on it. Fitness room has water fountain, but can use disposable paper cups. Limited breakfast options.”
