“We hated our stay here. First off, tge receptionist Bridgette, was really rude. When we asked for coffee creamer, she only wanted to give us 2, rolled here's at us, saying rude comments and very disrespectful. She should not be working in customer service. Then, our roomgad a gift hole by the bed. Our kids almost fell from it a few times. Breakfast was constantly empty. We had to keep reminding staff to replenish the food. The shower wouldn't work properly. We had to move furariund to plug in……

“We booked through Expedia for a last minute trip. Upon getting to the hotel, we were unable to access our room due to the door key pad dying. The personal onsite has to use the master physical key to open the door. He informed us if we left the room we would get locked out and would need to ask for assistance again. Once we finally got in, we noticed there was mold on the curtains hanging over the window unit. I made comment with the associate in the room. After he left, we inspected further and……

“We stayed at this location last December and liked it enough to book a recent stay there. We were amazed to see how much the overall appearance of the property had depreciated in 5 months. The breakfast selection was so poor we went out to get food. The topper - the 2” roach which was on the wall of our room. We left. I will say that the manager was nice enough to refund our money.”
