Our stay was very nice. With friendly staff and clean rooms. Beds were comfortable. I think the remote needed new batteries because we had to get up close to the TV to turn on and change channels, but it was not a problem.

We were attending a Saturday evening wedding at the French Farmhouse venue and needed a good spot for 9 adults. This house could not have been more perfect! The rooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the "gathering spaces" were quite large for us to eat, talk, and watch college ...

We went to enjoy the day at Lake Ray Roberts which is a nice large area. Pilot Point is a small town 10 minutes away from the lake. The restaurants are limited. There is like 9 fast food restaurants and a few family owned places. No entertainment.

Beautiful country scenery. So much nature. Enjoyed spending time by the lake and absolutely loved visiting Texas Tulip farm less than 20 minutes away!
