“We really like staying at this property. The staff is always accommodating and we like the amenities. However, the amount of preteen and teenage children allowed to wonder the property unsupervised is getting ridiculous. The last two visits were not as enjoyable. The staff tries hard to control them but the parents and coaches need to do better. The kids were running around, kicking doors, playing tag in the hall and being disrespectful to the housekeeping staff. The front desk staff had to come……

“Nice place to stay for a couple of days”

“Our room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom…where the toilet and shower are..is very small. I liked having it separate from the sink but was hardly enough room to move around. Other than that…room was really nice. Only had breakfast one of the 3 days we were there but it was good and they kept it well stocked considering how many people were there. Rude staff (the curly brunette that repeatedly tried to enter my room inadvertently because of incorrect information from the front desk, impossible booking complications, and filthy floors as others have noted. Did I tell you they couldn’t even pull up my resi? I could go on. Reconsidering AC and even Expedia after this experience.”

“absolutely fantastic place to stay! Not a roach in sight and no crumbling paint anywhere. Perfectly maintained very quiet. Perfect if you are there on business. Believe me it is worth the extra money! You are worth the extra money! They have a free breakfast buffet with eggs and sausage in the morning and they even have a bar open until midnight. It's such a beautiful place and I really like staying there when I'm in Kansas City.”
