“Exterior of the property, amenities and common areas are nice but depending on the room you get it's a toss up. First room we had on the 10th floor smelled of sewage and mold. The second room on the 7th floor had 1 broken ac in the bedroom. The front desk staff tried their best but what can you do when upper management is no where to be found. “Not bad rooms. Not great either. No cable so you must use your own apps which don't work properly from out of the country. They got our room wrong so we had to move the next day. The staff at the hotel do try and the cleaners are good. The restaurant is so bad that we had to go find other places to eat which was frustrating considering we booked here with plans to eat here based on reviews and their website which is misleading. There are homeless people harassing you while you eat and management……

“This hotel is near everything on the dutchside which is great! But not very clean washer and dryer was broken never seen hot tub or pool. The staff was very unfriendly! The break fast that you pay for upon booking reservation. Is located downstairs in the market and its weigh its only until 10 am and it is not replenished so if you dont get down there early you will not have much variety for $11 on website which is not bad does not include beverage. I just feel this should of been mentioned……

“The best thing about this "resort" is the bar staff. They were great and made food that was good. The room was comparable to a Motel 6. There was one restaurant and it was mediocre at best. A couple of nights, the food was edible while the remaining evenings, we just ate salads. The same restaurant does breakfast too and it was OK for breakfast. The girl at the front desk was rude and 2 members of our party of 10 were on the other end of the property. Apparently there was a room to move us……

“First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available. Outside my room iheard a loud bang.
