“The laundry room was dirty. There were no instructions for using the stove, oven, water heater. No coffee maker and the kettle was corroded. The downstairs bathroom smelled awful. The beds were very uncomfortable. We tried to get an Uber but they refused to come to this address. The advertising of this house gave false expectations. The owners left a message that they needed to send an electrician to fix the dining area light. No one ever came so we had no light. ”

“Most places used Lockdown as an opportunity to freshen up the decor. The Corralea missed out on that. Nobody at reception when I arrived. It took a while to find someone to check me in. I was given a room at the front of the hotel. In order to have a nightmare it is first necessary to be asleep. I had my nightmare without the benefit of sleep. Midnight to 2.am was filled with the noise of people leaving the pubs and the nearby chipper. I slept from 2.am 'til 4.am. Then every lorry, tractor,...

“The entire house is disgustingly dirty. Very unsafe too. Few of windows have cracks, no ventilation, many windows have no openings. Bathroom door was held by screws which were loose, we had to tightened it in case fall down onto one of kids. Mattress we slept on was stained and yellow.. Location isn’t great either. For five nights stay we paid €2600. We never had such horrendous experience.”
