"We stayed for two nights and had a lovely, peaceful time. The food was delicious, prepared by Joyce, and we got a ton of advice and insight about the area and Ireland in general from Aidan. They were very friendly and welcoming, and the house and grounds are gorgeous and steeped in Irish history. If we ever come back to Tuam, we'd happily stay again!"

"The laundry room was dirty. There were no instructions for using the stove, oven, water heater. No coffee maker and the kettle was corroded. The downstairs bathroom smelled awful. The beds were very uncomfortable. We tried to get an Uber but they refused to come to this address. The advertising of this house gave false expectations. The owners left a message that they needed to send an electrician to fix the dining area light. No one ever came so we had no light. "

"First, the lake view is nowhere to be seen from the cottage. Further, the wi-fi never worked, and the UK to US electricity converter was fried. Aside from that, the cottage was clean and comfortable, in a bird-filled, idyllic environment."

"Just enjoyed a lovely peaceful week in our Inisfree Carriage House. The scenery on the Estate stunning especially seeing the Connemara ponies a short walk away. We felt totally relaxed and at home. We had a lovely welcome on arrival from Finula and John. The day before we were going home we were lucky to have a tour of the Manor House from John who was so knowledgeable about it. We came home with very special memories."

"My family and I had an amazing time at this property. The location was absolutely perfect for touring the West Coast of Ireland. The loacl town, Oranmore, was within walking distance and contained many restaurants and pubs. In addition, the views over the bay from the backyard of this home were breathtaking. In addition, our host, Jane, was incredible: warm, welcoming, and happy to help! She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The house itself was beautiful, filled with stunning furniture, comfortable beds, and plenty of places to relax. I would highly recommend this comfortable, quiet home for your stay where you can enjoy incredible views!"

"Loved our country cottage!! Secluded but not too far from our daily activities. Very close to small grocery and gas station. Beds are comfortable with nice linens, all the expected furnishing in the kitchen, loved the wood burning stove (used it nightly). Woke up in the morning to a beautiful white horse outside the kitchen window. Host is very nice and was wonderful to work with."
