“Stayed the first night as planned. It was excellent. Then, I dealt with catastrophic issues pertaining to work and 13 hours later needed another room. On February 23rd, that evening desk agent went above and beyond to help me and when I finally made it into another room, I was very grateful to the staff. The amenities and the rooms were excellent, clean and cared for. However the staff is what really makes this place stand out.”
