“Location is a deal breaker as this hotel far from the airport and is not a walking distance to any shopping or eateries . Hotel itself looks gorgeous but the surrounding area is not pleasing to the eye Hotel check in area was hot and so was the elevator and the hallway . Ano aircon! My room , too, was super hot . It was set at 25 . The maintenance man lowered the scale to16. It’s strange that the room stayed uncomfortably warm despite the change in the number . I did not sleep until 2am s as……

“Pretty clean room but outdated. Property needs some improvement but it’s decent enough for the price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Air conditioners in the room were nice.”

“The Executive Room is very spacious. Coffee and water are available anytime, and the daily breakfast is good. The staff were very helpful. The air conditioning in our room worked well, although the air conditioning in the lounge/breakfast area was not very strong. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at YBC. It is conveniently located, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shops nearby.”

“晚上六點辦理入住後，看到房間門口擺放一大堆垃圾沒清(還有很多蚊蟲)，想說出去吃飯完回來應該會處理好，但要出門時發現門關起來時，電子鎖沒辦法自動上鎖，服務員告知要用力關門才可以上鎖，確認鎖上後就去吃晚餐。 吃完回大概八點多回飯店時，發現地上的垃圾還在，馬上跟服務人員反應後才清理，誰知道進房後要將房門反鎖時，又沒辦法反鎖，反應後飯店維修人員在拿工具來維修。 修完之後想說去頂樓游泳，一下水發現泳池水面浮現出很多蚊蟲屍體，馬上起來沒在繼續游泳。 整個晚上一連串的問題，讓入住的心情變很糟。”
