“The hotel is brand new. Some areas are still under construction but the lobby was spotless. We got the most basic room, but it was so well-designed and comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful. Location is excellent, just across the Harborpoint mall, and with a lot of local restaurants within walking distance. Overall, excellent value for money. Will definitely go back on our next Subic trip!”

“Lights are too complicated not good for some seniors No bar soap are available I like the room very spacious I like the hallway it’s wide, never seen that before People are nice, they just forget to clean our room on our last day ”

“I thought the room was expensive for what it was, but a thoroughly enjoyable stay, getting around on the scooter. Great food market that starts up before sunset and was awesome. Guess I arrived off season which suited me fine.”

The price is not expensive and the hotel is very clean also comfortable, it is very nice that the room have 2 double beds and near the restaurant. The hotels' staff is helpful. “晚上六點辦理入住後，看到房間門口擺放一大堆垃圾沒清(還有很多蚊蟲)，想說出去吃飯完回來應該會處理好，但要出門時發現門關起來時，電子鎖沒辦法自動上鎖，服務員告知要用力關門才可以上鎖，確認鎖上後就去吃晚餐。 吃完回大概八點多回飯店時，發現地上的垃圾還在，馬上跟服務人員反應後才清理，誰知道進房後要將房門反鎖時，又沒辦法反鎖，反應後飯店維修人員在拿工具來維修。 修完之後想說去頂樓游泳，一下水發現泳池水面浮現出很多蚊蟲屍體，馬上起來沒在繼續游泳。 整個晚上一連串的問題，讓入住的心情變很糟。”

“The YBC Grand is my go to hotel for staying in Olongapo. The convenience of the stores, casino, and malls that are all walkable distances are amazing. The lobby itself is decorated with Christmas theme decorations during the holidays. The AC in the rooms is powerful and cools you down quickly. Water pressure is decent and bathrooms are good. Overall a very good price for the location it is in. Management is amazing and will take care of you. Can’t wait to come back this upcoming year!!”
