“Overall, this hotel was a decent place to stay, though a few things could be improved to make sure rooms are fully guest-ready before check-in. When I first walked in, the room had a musty odor, and I noticed small reddish-orange stains on the bedsheets. I tried calling the front desk to report it, but found that the phone wasn’t working. On top of that, the fire alarm went off unexpectedly. Housekeeping responded quickly and swapped out the sheets, but the phone wasn’t fixed until the next day……

“This was an AMAZING hotel that we just happened to find! I needed a wheelchair accessible room due to a recent broken leg. The suite was absolutely PERFECT. Had dinner and breakfast there and both were delicious! All of the Staff went above and beyond and were SO friendly and helpful. We will DEFINITELY be returning to this great find!”

“选择伯克利酒店入住10晚是正确的选择。 酒店比较有年代感，不同于标准的商务型星级酒店，公共区域不大，很有家的氛围，与里士满这座历史名城风格很搭。Ms.Star非常友善，保持对客人的关注，在入住期间中有任何问题都能及时得到解答，并且随时准备着解决顾客的难题。 预订了小套房，一晚后提出升级要求后及时换到了更加满意的阳台房，房型都很宽敞明亮，床品舒适，休闲工作区域设置合理。 特别要提的是酒店的餐厅，我在那里尝试了午餐、晚餐和几乎所有10天的早餐（除了周一休息），餐厅餐品实际的色味远超出酒店门口的展示牌，与主厨的交流令人愉快，餐厅的服务也令人满意。 酒店的位置可以便利的到达任何热门地点，步行可达河边和多个景点，如果不愿意走路，城市的公交系统运行高效并且免费，去到较远的short pump购物中心也十分方便。 总之，非常愉快的一次入住，给你在家之外有家的感觉。今后去到里士满毫无疑问将继续入住伯克利酒店。”
