“Upon arrival we were sent to Turnberry cottage- the key and room number we were given does not match any room in that cottage.Went back to the clubhouse for another key.Sent to another room-does not have an outdoor patio as was requested specifically in the reservation. Now moved to Pebble Beach cottage for patio-key does not open the room we were sent to! Have to call for help! wonderful employee named Freddy from housekeeping comes to help.Brings back new keys-they do not work!!!! Freddy goes……
