“The room doors are chipped and have splotches. The elevators sound questionable. My shower curtain lining had some type of white thick substance like shaving cream or something on it. My friends room had bedding that wasn’t changed and no shower curtain. Regular upkeep/maintenance doesn’t seem to be a priority here. If you just need a place to sleep that is very close to Busch Gardens, it’s cool. But if you have a preference for a place that cares about appearances as well as comfort please……

“Lovely resort with modern facilities (excellent gym, good pools, bike rentals, WiFi). All staff were excellent - from waitresses in the James Landing restaurant, gym staff, reception staff and maintenance guys. Had a few maintenance issues in the condo but they were sorted very quickly. The only downside was our accommodation (1 bed condo) was quite old fashioned .. would benefit from modernisation.”

“Check in was horrible as my room was not ready by 4pm. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The one front desk clerk proceeded to ask me questions while I was standing at the waiting sign versus directing me to come to the desk; very unprofessional. The Caucasian man that came behind me was greeted and treated with much better customer service. I was eventually given the key to my room but when I entered, housekeeping was still there so I returned to the check-in lobby. I waited around……
