“Although the staff was helpful, the establishment was not what was pictured. The toilet in the bathroom didn't work. The pool, which is the main reason we booked this hotel, was not working. Neither was the hot tub. When asked if we could use the amenities, we were denied. I couldn't wait to leave. This was to be a fun filled weekend for my children at Busch Gardens.”

“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……

“I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. It was a lot nicer than I thought it would be. Staff was so helpful and friendly. When I walked into my room, I wanted to do a happy dance. It was so wonderful. In the evening and through the night, never heard any noise in the hallway or other room’s doors shutting. It was nice and quiet. I will definitely stay here again. Did not eat the breakfast, but it looked very nice and smelled really good.”
