"A great place if you are looking at staying somewhere close to the airport for convenience reasons. But it smells a little weird in the entire place and you have to walk a couple of blocks to the only restaurant we could find. There might be others, but we got in late around 22:00 and there didn’t seem to be a lot open. The restaurant we found was great and the pizza was amazing!"

They made certain that our request for a room in a quiet location was honored, and answered all of our questions regarding local sites using a map that we were able to take with us when sightseeing. We enjoyed delicious cocktails in the rooftop bar. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of foods and local specialties. The breakfast staff members were extremely friendly and hardworking! I was especially surprised to receive a delicious cannoli delivered to our breakfast table on the morning of my birthday! So thoughtful. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this hotel."

For the breakfast area, there was an option to sit outside, which was pleasant. Plenty of options as well and the staff where ready at hand to address any requests. We used Catania as base to explore the surrounding sites, but the city itself was larger than I thought and had some interesting things to see. The cathedral and main shopping street are within walking distance of the hotel and was fairly busy throughout our time."

"Brilliant hotel, maybe 5* in the making. Exelent facilities and very helpful and experienced staff. A large pool and bedrooms overlooking a private beach. The complementary beakfast was wonderful, and what a selection of varied delights. The only drawback was waking up in the morning and counting the mosquitoe bites, despite us spraying our legs. My wife was bitten twice on the neck. I would have asked the hotel to spray the room, but I guess that the cleaners would open the huge sliding windows to air the bedroom."
