“This location is in a bad area of town so it is gated. VERY difficult to find The owner is NOT on premise so calling them is useless. We got caught in traffic and construction. We were asked about what time we were arriving. We guessed 6 and arrived after 8 because we were lost. Repeatedly tried calling the owner with no answer. When we arrived we got a lecture for being late. Owner did not speak much English yet continued to ask us when what time we were leaving in Italian. There is……

“Palazzo Giovanni was a nice stay. It was on a lemon and orange orchard and the host showed a lot of pride in his property. He was very accomodating. The B&B is about 30 min from Taoromina, but a quick 10 min walk and you're at the waterfront!
The breakfast is held on the roof. It's super nice and has a view of Mt. Etna.”
