Her professionalism, courteousness, and cheerfulness made the entire process pleasant and expedient. Fluent in English, she was more than happy to assist us in any way possible to make our stay a pleasant one. Additionally, the remaining staff, particularly in the breakfast service area, were also warm, friendly, and attentive - and the pastries were delicious too!
