“The room seem to be hurriedly cleaned if you can call it cleaned. The coffee maker still had the coffee filter from the last guest in the coffee maker. There was only one paper cup in the room for 2 guests. The bathtub was so stained it looked like it had not been cleaned. The toilet needed to be worked on as you had to flush twice to get it to flush. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted as the freezer part was almost full of ice and looked as it had not been wiped out in sometime. The……

“We got in very late and we got checked in. The place was very old & dirty. There were dead bugs laying around. The bedspread had cigarette holes in them. We looked for bed bugs but thankfully didn't find any. It smelled like marajuana had been smoked in there or under us and the dead bolt on the door was cut out so it didn't lock. We were desperate so we stayed but if we had of had another place close we would have definitely left. I'm sure it wouldn't meet sanitation codes if checked. We……

“Legitimately the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Toilets leaking and falling off the walls, shower heads as well. Pool completely closed off. This hotel is a total dump.”

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property’s condition was unacceptable. After checking in, I immediately found the room was not acceptable and left within minutes. The hotel acknowledged the issue and told me they would refund the full charge. They even issued a credit to my credit card, but then reversed it without explanation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly, I was unable to get the promised refund. I ultimately had to dispute the charge……
