Graduation trip

Pristine property! Comfortable in every way. Don’t let the pull out bed fool you. Comfy. Property had everything we needed and things we didn’t know we needed. We used the condo as a central spot to explore many trails, Pagosa, Durango and Silverton. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful home and lication

Gorgeous views of mountains and the river. This condo is everything and more. High end furnishings and the entire place is very well maintained. We enjoyed our two weeks here. Definitely will plan a return trip here.

Peace and quite

We've stayed here the last 3 yrs we've gone skiing at Wolf Creek. It's close to the ski area and a perfect place to unwind after a full day of skiing. Kitchen is well stocked, steam shower is great. We'll be back for sure.

Ski trip getaway

This was our first time staying in South Fork for a ski trip to Wolf Creek. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if it’s ever just the two of us again, we will definitely stay in this condo. It was perfect! Comfy bed, wonderful shower, nice kitchen and beautiful scenery. Owner was attentive and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place.

Very Clean, Great Location!

The condo has a strange floor plan, but it was very clean and comfortable. The King bed was very comfortable, but the pullout bed was not (for adults). I love the location right on the river, but less than 2 minutes to South Fork. Great place for couples.

New favorite place

The townhouse is beautifully decorated and built with so many nice details. The steam shower is fabulous!! We loved having a garage during the cold and snow. Definitely planning on renting again when we return to visit friends.

Close to Heaven.

My husband and I always say that heaven seems closer when you are near the water. You can't get much closer to heaven than when you stay at this townhouse. It is nicely appointed, linens and beds are excellent, the kichen has everything you would want or need and the inside views of the river and rafters going by is soooooo fun. The outside sitting area is right next to the river. The townhouse is located close to town but yet it seems like you are out of town. Just wonderful!

Wonderful Stay!

We loved this property!! It was exactly as advertised..the location could not have been better. It had everything we could ask for: well stocked kitchen, perfect location, and very clean. We reached out to the owner (to try and book an extra night), and she promptly responded-communication was great. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful home and relaxing stay

We love this place! Beautiful scenery, peaceful town. The home was wonderful - cozy, very pretty, and had everything we needed. We LOVED the jacuzzi tub, steamer and shower, especially after full days do skiing. The host was wonderful and the view of the frozen Rio Grande from the dining room window was so peaceful and beautiful! Thank you. I would definitely come back!

Family get away

5 Star Vacation Rental

We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years and this is definitely one of the top two. Not only is it in a beautiful setting right on the Rio Grande river, it’s well appointed and beautifully decorated. The owners have thought of everything and it’s clear they take pride in their little piece of paradise. It was a comfortable home base and we looked forward to being there after a long day of exploring. The steam shower and jetted tub were a bonus! This place is a gem!

Spotless! Perfect place to rest or work!

My husband and I came to Colorado to get away after my mother’s passing. We needed to get away and so we worked from this darling condo. The sounds of the river right outside the doors was refreshing! The condo was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and the upstairs bedroom was super comfy and spacious. Loved our stay!
