Our only concern was with the scented aromas from multiple cleaning products. I am highly sensitive and this was problematic. We dealt with it by washing the sheets, towels, and blanket with fragrance free detergent, which helped enough that we were able to stay.Everything else about the house was great.

Abq festival

Property was well located to the university for the flamenco festival and Nob Hill for restaurants. House was clean and check in and host communication was easy. Would stay here again.

Great location, comfy house

Perfectly located in the Nob Hill area. East walk to shops, restaurants, bars. Roomy and very comfortable for 4 adults. Great backyard. We really enjoyed sitting out there, relaxing and visiting.Manager, Francisco, was very communicative and made everything very east.Only one negative: The house is on the corner of a fairly busy street that appears to be a main thoroughfare. Consequently, there can be, at times, a lot of street noise. Other than that, the house was great!

A great time in Albuquerque

It was an adorable and extremely pleasant stay. The host was very prompt in responding. Future guests, if you want a hot shower, use the bathroom with the tub. The other one never rose above warm. Regardless, I would definitely book it again.

Nob Hill Home

Francisco's home was beautiful: bright, comfortable and beautifully furnished. There was great outdoor space for spreading out and relaxing. We were surprised to find anadditional basement area too. We've stayed in 5 other places over the years, and this was by far the nicest and most comfortable. Wonderful location, too.

Winner!

This home was fantastic, comfortable and just as the pictures showed. The location was fantastic and exposed us to a really cute part of Alb. that we weren't aware of - Nob Hill. Hosts were professional and very communicative. All details were communicated and delivered in timely manner.

Perfect ABQ home base

We were in town to visit friends and bring my daughter to camp at UNM. This house was in a very convenient location and had a great combination of modern updates plus old home charm. Large, comfortable primary suite - plenty of closet space. The kitchen had everything we needed. The shower is a bit on the small size, but still standard dimensions and typical for homes in the area. Very nice beds and pillows. We have two teenagers (boy and girl) who did not want to share a room, and we asked Francisco if we could setup an air mattress in the basement for my son. He was very accommodating and provided us with extra linens, and was good about communicating when work crews were coming by the house. Nice outdoor areas with plenty of seating. Check in and check out were easy. We would rent here again!

Excellent house close to Nob Hill

The property was very clean. It has been updated and is very cute. It also has a great back yard area. We loved the circle drive as it made it easy to get in and out of the property. Walkable to Nob Hill shops/restaurants. Quick drive to Old Town or downtown. Excellent place to stay if you’re in Albuquerque!

Perfect

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in town for a meet at UNM so location was great. Lots of nearby restaurants. Property also accommodated our 3 vehicles. I was worried that we would have to park in the street. House was very clean and definitely would stay there again.

Best place in Nob Hill

I stayed in Albuquerque with my mom for a week. The house was perfect. Francisco was a great host, very responsive. I could walk to everywhere I wanted and needed to go. I would stay there again, and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Great house and great location

The house was sparkling clean and just the right layout for our needs. It was comfortable and fully stocked, even for a Thanksgiving visit. We could not have asked for a better location— just a few blocks from our daughter’s house (she is a UNM student). We had a terrific visit to Albuquerque and would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect place for any visit to Albuquerque. The communication from Francisco was the best we've ever had from any host. He provided the right information at the right time which made it so easy for us. The home is well stocked and very, very clean. We will stay again on any future Abq visits.

Perfect Location and Great Space!

Francisco's property is minutes away from some of the best restaurants and coffee shops. The neighborhood is very safe and the space is exactly what we needed. Lovely outdoor space and very comfortable indoor space. If you decide you do not want to drive, plenty of Uber and Lyft service in the area. There is parking right in front of the house and only 2 steps to the door. The listing is very accurate and the communication with Francisco was great. Checking in was a breeze and he checked via text that everything was in order during our stay. I cannot wait to go back to Albuquerque and definitely stay in this property again!

Terrific property
