“Didn’t provide credit card refund within the timeframe as they said at checkout. Basically had to wait for the bank to cancel the hold after 30 days. Really inconvenient when you need the credit card for other things afterwards. Send them emails and they didn’t bother to reply. ”

“請櫃台幫忙叫計程車，時間到了，車子卻沒有來，而且協助叫車的櫃檯還說我們沒有說要叫車 跟櫃檯反應沒有面紙與衛生紙，但回到房間也沒有補上 飯店設施老舊，每天也不補足備品，一晚卻要8000多台幣，除了地點不錯，實在找不到其他優點了”

“Room facility is very old, stain on the toilet and sink. With euro300 per night, only offer paper cup for tea and coffee in the room. Really should be rated as 3 star hotel. ”

“It is a charming hotel. The staff at check in is mostly young people. It could be by chance but when I had interactions with them, they were unprofessional. They were talking amongst each other, which I don’t mind… but they gave me the keys and I was not able to use it to open my room… twice when checking in. Once I understand , but twice… it is frustrating, more so when there was no apology given. I felt like I was interrupting something… I don’t know how to explain it. I have to go back to the……

“绿象酒店是一家不错的酒店，酒店环境优美，餐厅通透明亮，穿过一片小花园就是我们住宿的地方，不好的地方是男女混住，没有女生单独宿舍。14个人在一个大房间，空间也很宽敞。但是睡在我上铺的男士的鼾声还是令我不安，还好只有一晚。”

“旅館旁是一個球場，因此若自己有車很容易到達。旅館內有餐廳，旁邊也有一些其他選擇。服務人員親切且英文程度很好，能提供交通、購物等有用訊息。若要用大眾交通方式到達旅館則屬中等難度，火車站到旅館需要搭公車，且公車站離旅館仍有五分鐘步行距離，若從火車站搭計程車則需約10~15分鐘車程。”
