“Property listing is very accurate and great communication with owners. Open floor plan upon entry kitchen and living room. Very clean and has everything you need, just bring food and personal items. We did bring our own Keurig. 2 bedrooms with private baths, very roomy. Beds are firm, pillows are soft. 2nd bedroom has nice desk if you need to get work done. There’s a spiral staircase to get to the bedrooms. A/C works great! Property has nice beach chairs and 2 umbrellas and a wagon to use along...

“Spent a week at the “Yellow Cottage” during 2025 HEATWAVE last week in June. Enjoyed its charm, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and OF COURSE - the VIEW! Hosts were very attentive. We enjoyed the deck when there was a breeze, but as senior citizens - spent many a hot day looking out at the view from inside. The Air conditioner had a tough time keeping up with the heat, but the ceiling fans helped keep things cool. We began every day with watching the sunrise and would not hesitate...

“We had a wonderful stay at the beach house- there were many great amenities and kitchen gadgets that we gratefully utilized while we were there. The only issues we had were the ventalation in the rooms downstairs- they were humid and did not cool no matter what we did with the thermostats... maybe some standing fans would make it a more pleasant sleeping experience? That, and maybe some blankets for the couch since the living room felt a little sterile. Otherwise we loved the beachy decor,...
