" We had a beautiful family getaway at Nana’s! Julie was incredibly easy to communicate with before, during and after our stay. From fresh baked cookies to making sure we had charcoal for our grill, a great set of knives in the kitchen, bikes and beach chairs available for our use, our hosts seemed to anticipate all of our needs for our stay. "Great place that was fully stocked with beach stuff and every kitchen item you could need. Amazing location minutes from the beach. The place was clean. We brought our own blackout curtains for the windows. The only issue is that you can hear a lot of sound from the people upstairs and beside you but not a lot to be done about that. "

"Pros:-great location (a couple blocks from everything, beach, downtown, etc.)-clean and tidy-comfy bedCons:-the listing is inaccurate for parking. There is no spot available for unit B contrary to what the listing says. Had to pay for metered street parking (expensive, 50 per day) or use the provided parking pass for non-metered parking lots, which are not close by. I notified property managment. No real solution. Just have to deal with it.-a bit of a musty smell, but it's a beach house and that it normal in my experience. It's always exposed to moisture.-the pullout futon in the living room is crazy uncomfortable. Should be replaced."

"We were so excited after booking this house for a long weekend and boy were we shocked when we walked in and it was even bigger and better than we could have imagined! The spacious living room and kitchen were great for gathering, the location was a perfect walk to the beach, town center, and pickle ball courts all around, and the fact that every room has its own bathroom is the icing on the cake! A fantastic weekend getaway for a group of friends and we hope to be able to return soon!"

"I would give a 6th star if I could! The carriage house was a lovely place to stay. This was our first time visiting Rehoboth and it is accessible to everything you’d want to get to. The home is very well maintained and the host provided everything you may need. We will definitely consider staying again the next time we visit Delaware. "

"My family had a wonderful stay at the carriage house over the 4th of July! It was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 young children. The location is amazing and really can’t be beat. We enjoyed being able to walk to all the nearby restaurants and to the beach and boardwalk/Funland. The parking space was a little tight as we had a larger car, so appreciated the included parking pass to be able to park in the street as well. They really maximized the efficiency of the space and everything felt modern, clean, and newly renovated. Beds were very comfortable, dressers spacious, the area was quiet, and the central AC was such a nice surprise - the house stayed so cool despite the heat. Overall we loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again! "

"This Condo can’t be beat! The sunrise mornings on the balcony, being 25 steps to the sand and 30 steps to Skee-Ball, the location is tops!Which makes this all the more surprising how stacked the amenities were in the Condo. You’ve got everything in the kitchen you’d need for a week long stay, including good kitchen knives and plastic containers to take leftovers and sandwiches to the beach. Appliances are on the newer side and work well too. We especially appreciated the full sized fridge with large freezer capacity for gallon water bottles and ice packs to keep us cool while we spent the day at the beach.Other thoughtful touches included having fully stocked cleaning supplies, dishwasher detergent and even little things like mini tubes of toothpaste and hand soap in case we ran out.Elizabeth was an excellent host, making thoughtful suggestions that we utilized such as beach equipment rentals like chairs and towels, to a local supplier of sheets so that all we had to do was show up and it was waiting for us. Her communication was also great, making check in a breeze and checkout even breezier. We can’t imagine wanting to stay anywhere else for a week in Rehoboth Beach now, we just hope it’s available for our next vacation!"

"We were so pleased to pull up in front of this lovely home. It is clear from every detail inside and out that the owners love their family home. The small details like the welcome gift of saltwater taffy made it feel so special for my family. We have three college aged children and they all loved it. The added bonus is that all the furniture was comfortable and the location couldn’t be beat- just a few blocks to the beach and the shops. We will return! "

"The house is in a good location, close to downtown and close to the beach. It's a newer property, however, the upholstery on the kitchen/dining room chairs and the living room couch wasn't clean. We contacted the property managers and they were responsive over text but ultimately never sent anyone out to clean even after we asked several times. They kept blaming it on "the local crew." Not a great experience when you're paying 1500/night to have food stains etc on the furniture where you're eating, hanging out and relaxing. Also, the sectional and chairs in the living room are terribly uncomfortable."

"A very comfortable house for our extended family group of 12 (would have had room for a couple more kids) and our dog. Did all our cooking/dining at the house. Loved being right at the beach and virtually on Rehoboth Ave at the same time. We came in the winter for New Year's (3 days), but think that summer there would be just as fun."
