“Pros: - The room is very clean, with most of the essential services provided. - The receptionist is nice, but with limited English-speaking ability. - Very nice location, with bus station just nearby. It takes around 30 minutes by bus to go to Geneva city center, which I think is a fair duration. Cons: - It is a bit strange that the room key is super heavy. But good that I deposit the key to the reception when going out. - The elevator is a bit old-style. But still works well.”

“Staff was very rude. The air conditioner was not working and told them to change the room simple answer was we dont have any other room ok that i can understands but told them to give another room tomorrow answer was we will see. Told them to atleast provide the fan answer we dont have fans and our technician is on holiday for 3days. All we can do is open windows and nothing else. No microwave and no hot water kettle was procias there is no person at the reception and phone in the room. Pathetic……

“Petit déjeuner très restreint pas beaucoup de choix, personnellement je n'ai pas aimé. Le personnel fait juste ce qu'il faut, juste le nécessaire, manque de professionnalisme hôtelière, ni sourire ni sympathie, sauf le personnel de nettoyage qui sont très sympas et font bien les chambres, là il n'y a rien à dire. Les chambres sont très petites, mais propres. . C'est dommage car l'hôtel est très bien situé.”
