Solid resort. One improvement could be made easily is to extend towels stations hours. They are open only from 9:00am to 12:00pm, and then from 1:30pm to 6:00pm. Another big improvement needs to be made due to the safety: door to the bathroom and door to the shower open same direction, and you are hitting your glass door to the handle of bathroom door if it is open or someone walks in.

As a well-traveled individual who frequently stays at 4 to 5-star hotels, I had certain expectations upon arriving at Swandor. My first impressions were largely positive; the reception area was clean and tidy, and the building itself is beautiful with well-maintained grounds. However, the experience took a turn upon entering the rooms. The bathrooms appeared dated, and the beds were far from comfortable, indicating that some parts of the hotel could use a touch-up. The service was a mixed bag. While the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, the reception staff left much to be desired. Despite informing them that it was both my birthday and wedding anniversary, there was no acknowledgment of the occasion—not even a welcome drink or a small gesture like a cake. The hotel’s restaurant is definitely a highlight, deserving of its 5-star rating with a great variety of dishes. The pool and beach areas are also commendable. However, be prepared for numerous additional charges: €160 for beach cabanas, €50 per person for the hammam spa, and €25 for a 10-minute taxi ride. A particularly unpleasant experience was dealing with guests smoking in the neighboring room. Despite reporting this issue twice, the situation escalated on our last night, forcing us to change rooms at 1 AM. The lack of sleep and subsequent exhaustion the next day were compounded by the staff’s indifferent response, offering only a 3-hour extended check-out and then charging €30 per additional hour.

My first time in Antalya, and the Swandor resort was magnificent from the moment we walked in, the hotel has all options covered, with plenty of choice and variety of food, to the entertainment, snacks and drinks throughout the day. The staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be coming back again

The hotel is great for families… lots of activities and entertainment all day. The only thing that I feel all guests will appreciate is there was transportation services available to/from the airport and the city center as the taxi situation is very expensive.

I was not happy with my stay at all. Please can i request for a refund or compensation. As i did not have a pleasant time there at all and the staff were not friendly at all. * Broken shower door, slippery floor after shower as water always came out and I slipped more than two occasions. * Bed bugs on the bed - affecting my whope body. * Useless staff not able to assist at all. *facilities are not great. * and the list goes on. I look forward to hearing from.

We would have appreciated more vegetarian / vegan options. Also the food labelling was inadequate I.e. did not mention anywhere if it contains egg or no and neither were the staff able to explain when asked. We understand the language barrier hence the easier option would be to just put the labels on the names of the dishes so people can decide for themselves.
