“This is exactly what I pictured when I imagined staying in Scotland. The house is beautiful and the owners along with their two dogs could not be anymore wonderful. We also had one of our best breakfasts in Scotland.”

“The advertising was very misleading. Expected a B&B with breakfast. When we arrived there was a note on a desk explaining the 2 plastic wrapped croissants and open items in the fridge were the breakfast. Room had a musty smell, bed and pillows are in need of replacement.”

“Everything about this experience was so unique and warm. It made our stay in Stonehaven so memorable! Everything is so clean. The room even came with a fan which my husband relies on at home. The kitchen is well equipped to cook your food if needed and the option to use the clothes washer was a huge bonus. Breakfast options were plenty and the coffee machine was exactly what I needed!”

“This is a beautiful house close to the harbor. We had a triple room with bathroom. Good size room, I wish my room in Edinburgh looked like this. The whole property is spotless and up to date. The hosts are very nice and helpful and serve a good breakfast with lots of options. It's worth spending more time and relax in the chill Stonehaven. They have on site parking.”

“I had a short connection - late evening to early morning. Staff was fine but restaurant closed at 9pm with no options for a light bite while transiting through on an overnight connection. The room was dated and the bathroom not the cleanest, due to being dated - you can’t keep old rooms immaculate. I had a total of 5 hours to sleep but was woken up by the fire alarm going off at 1230am. It is also a long walk to the airport if you wanted to go for that option - the farthest walk of all the ABZ……

“Clean room and nice large bed in an efficiently run bar and hotel rooms establishment. A good location in the town, with a regular bus service to localities and further afield. The railway station is a 15 to 20 min walk so worth bearing in mind. Parking is free street parking on selected areas or pay car park opposite (8am to 5pm M toSat) The breakfast is freshly cooked from a small but reasonable menu, (Not buffet style so limited in that respect), Nice omeletes,Smoked salmon etc, Meals are……

“I stayed here the night before my wedding at Drum Castle and was able to utilize the late checkout so I could get ready there with my hair and makeup artists. My bridesmaids, mother, and I had such a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the breakfast was delivered to my room and was delicious, and the property was clean and very relaxing. Lots of cute bunnies outside! We enjoyed our experience here very much and would stay again!”
