“预定的是三人间，打印订单上显示也是三人间，结果入住的时候还要收取人头费15磅，垃圾的很。找HOTEL.COM沟通也没有结果。而一张床加一战沙发床，自己铺的，还要收人头费，第一次遇到这样的。酒店开在服务区里面的，地段就别提了。”

“Staff is really helpful and friendly with good knowledge of local stuff to do and see. The room was nicely designed. Bed was fantastic. Comfortable, clean and linen was soft and well ironed. Shower was great with high pressure and hot water, carpark was quite tight but free of charge! Breakfast was perfect! Dinner at their restaurant/ pub was very tasty and very well made and fresh. Only down points: Room and bathroom could be cleaner. We stayed on the ground floor room so had some noise from……

“This is an excellent hotel/inn. Very convenient for the local wedding venues, especially convenient for Coltsfoot Retreat. The rooms are very comfortable and cosy, they are tastefully decorated and finished to a high standard. We celebrated a 44th birthday and the food was amazing and good quality and well worth the price , we had 12 guests that came for lunch (2 were last minute confirmed) and a table was set up for them no problems at all.. our server Tash was absolutely incredible and the Manager Gemma such a lovely lady and so customer focused , The attention to detail from the cleaning staff was amazing (happy birthday banner and balloons ) Definitely going to be staying here again”

“A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly. ”
