“Great place in Old Town! The place was able to accommodate our large group for the weekend. I will say, it says it can fit 22 but was a bit tight with our 20. At groups of that size, a few people will be sleeping on the futons and mattress pads that are provided. The listing was totally transparent about this but wanted to highlight! Overall, communication between the host was great and I would recommend this house to any larger groups looking to stay in the city.”

“The Neighborhood Hotel in Lincoln Park was very nearly perfect for our visit. The location is wonderful, with lots of shops and restaurants. Stan’s Donuts is fabulous! We walked and walked and walke - so much to do and see! Sleeping is super cozy and surprisingly, very quiet. The space has great design elements and communication was tremendous with the owner. They have two yoga mats, which was a lovely surprise. The space could use a cleaning refresh, and the common area and stairs could also……

“We enjoyed our stay at Don’s place. The home was very clean and accommodated three couples very nicely. The neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. We loved taking morning walks. Don was quick to respond to us with any questions we had. We were in town for two Cubs game. Wrigley Field is a 10 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance as well. We would absolutely stay at Don’s place again! ”

“We had a group meeting with colleagues from a nonprofit organization. It was perfect for a comfortable stay. There were enough bedrooms for our group. We conducted meetings using the TV (brought our own HDMI cable) in the living room, had small group discussions in various shared spaces, had meals at the spacious dining table and coffee breaks over large island in the kitchen. It was a bonus to have a private space in the Garden unit for trainers to prepare. Overall, we are very happy with the……
