Facing south, on a plot of 2000m2, 300 meters from the beach, in the private residence of Ker Jaffré, this house of 200m2, completely renovated in 2016 benefits from the best comfort:
* Large living room of 60m2
* 5 large bedrooms, 7 beds / 4 bathrooms

The house has 2 levels and a full basement. On the first level, a living space of over 50m2, overlooking the large south-facing terrace and a sleeping area comprising 2 suites, one of which is a master bedroom. Upstairs, a very large room of 30m2 + bathroom which can also be a dormitory and 2 beautiful independent bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom.
All equipment and bedding are new.
The private residence, the view and proximity to the sea, the coastal path make this villa an exceptional place! The proximity to Vannes train station is also to be emphasized.

Ker Jaffrée's residence is a private site. Children can walk around the residence safely and access the beach.
The entrance is secured by a barrier and access to the beach is with a digital code. This allows residents to benefit from a calm and privileged environment.

Visit Vannes: Saturday morning is the market. Park in the car park at the port, then enjoy the old town from Porte Saint Vincent to the Cathedral district: pedestrian street, half-timbered house, shops, souvenirs, compulsory stop at La Biscuiterie La Trinitaine and La Belle-Iloise Conserverie . Do not leave without seeing the ramparts and its gardens.
On Sunday, set off for La Trinité sur mer, 30 minutes away, to see these giants of the seas in the transatlantic races in particular, but halfway through Auray, find Saint-Goustan harbor, charm and numerous restaurants.

Rent pleasure boats at Pointe d'Arradon. Children can go there alone by the beach (1km). For larger units it is in Trinité sur Mer.

Dommage
La maison , le jardin ,l’environnement correspondaient à notre attente . Le propriétaire délègue la réception de la maison à son ami Eric ,qui délègue à Michel ,qui délégue à Maud ,qui confie le ménage avant notre arrivée à 2 jeunes garçons . Tout ce petit monde est très gentil mais débordé. Nous avions RDV avec Michel à 15 h uniquement pour laisser nos voitures dans le jardin et voir la contenance des frigos avant de faire les courses. Le ménage terminé,mon mari resté dans le jardin à fait le tour de la maison avec Michel. Il a tout de suite signalé que la maison était encore sale et Michel en a convenu. Traces de dentifrice sur glace et tablette de SDB,poussière sur les meubles ,toiles d’araignées très épaisses dans la cage d’escalier ,couche sale dans poubelle de SDB … Michel en a convenu et nous a envoyé Maud la responsable du ménage le soir .Celle-ci a été désolée et nous a envoyé 2 vraies professionnelles pendant 2 h le lendemain . Au niveau de la location du linge ,pour le premier soir et jusqu’au lendemain soir ,seulement 4 grandes serviettes et sinon que des petites pour 11 personnes.Ce n’était pas ce qui était promis .Maud a rectifié la chose le lendemain soir. Je comprends qu’il puisse y avoir des loupés certaines fois ,mais lorsque dès le début je l’ai signalé au propriétaire,il m’a écoutée avec politesse et indifférence.Ni excuse pour le désagrément ni mot de sympathie.C’eut été la moindre des choses .Dommage !!!

Maison très agréable
Très bon accueil du propriétaire. La maison est très spacieuse et laisse l'intimité à chacun, elle est fonctionnelle et bien conçue. Le grand +: les 5 chambres confortables avec toutes des lits en 160. Le cadre est magnifique, avec la mer à deux pas qui invite aux ballades. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille (7 adultes).

Nous avons séjourné à 4 couples dans cette villa. Nous avons apprécié la lumière et les dimensions des pièces. Idéalement située pour des balades pédestres. Dans un quartier très résidentiel, complètement au calme et à 300 mètres du golf. Petit bémol pour l’équipement et la déco. Mais très positif pour tout le reste.

Super week-end automnal autour du Golfe du Morbihan
Le gîte est très spacieux et extrêmement bien situé. Nous avons pu profiter de la belle ville de Vannes, nous sommes allés à l'Ile aux Moines. Nous avons également fait plusieurs randonnées et certains d'entre nous ont pratiqué la pêche aux coquillages. Nous avons apprécié les quatre salles de bain et les trois WC. Petit bémol : dommage que les lits de 80 n'aient pas de sommier, la grille du BBQ n'était pas nettoyée et la plaque à induction n'a pas été facile à maitrisée ! Nous garderons cependant un très bon souvenir de cet endroit magnifique. (11amis de 54 à 68 ans)

Mooie villa en locatie, interieur verdient opknapbeurt.
Mooie villa, foto's echter van nieuwstaat. Maar: het meubilair, het serviesgoed, het beddengoed en andere huishoudelijke zaken waren bevlekt of beschadigd. Schimmel in douches. Bovendien in douche geen zeephouder of vasthoud stang. Het interieur verdient een opfrisbeurt. Er zijn geen voorzieningen voor kinderen.

Maison agréable et bel endroit mais propreté à redire
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison spacieuse, calme et idéalement située. Néanmoins, il est dommage de payer une prestation pour le ménage et de devoir débuter nos vacances par un nettoyage des placards, tiroirs, four, vaisselle, cafetière, parois de douches, sanitaires, toiles d'araignées, et j’en passe. Nous nous attendions à une réaction ou un geste du propriétaire à qui nous l'avions signalé immédiatement, mais qui n'a pas été suivie des faits...dommage.
