“First and most wonderful and helpful staff, everyone making the best of the experience; location is one of a kind, just next to everything. The unit was comfortable to the best, neatly clean, fully equipoed, and Bilbao it’s a gastronomic and ambience best experience. Will definitely return”

“It’s a very good located hotel with self check in. Unfortunately, despite it was indicated it’s non-smoking, our studio was extremely stinky. “Parfait pour famille et séjour touristique. Hebergement très bien situé proche centre-ville et transport. Revêtement des sols vieillissant mais appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Accueil et communication impeccables (francophone)”

“There is no free parking at the property or in the area - something to keep in mind if you have a car (which by the way you wont need to explore Bilbao and surrounding areas as the Bizkaia card is so reasonable).”

“Really good location, easy check in, two separate bedrooms with two separate bathrooms. Overall great for big groups ”

“Great place to explore”

“You can only communicate with the host via whats app and responses are slow. It had everything we needed but kitchen and common are are very small. It feels more like a hotel and then a home .”
