“This place was amazing. It really was. If you are here during the weekend just know it will be louder than usual because of how lively downtown wilmington is. Close to everything! I recommend the Ghost walk; it was very fun and so close by. The building on the outside looks like a store but thats only a portion of the building. If you go into the building the apartments are on the right side a little more into the building. There is a keypad in the very front of the building that allows you into……

“This was the perfect place for my family of 3. Great location. Walkable to so many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, river and fun little surprise of the farmers market on Dock street Sunday morning. There’s so much to do downtown and this property was so convenient. It was very clean and bright. Beds were comfortable with soft bedding. The host was responsive and kind. We would definitely stay at this property next time we visit Wilmington.”
