"Lovely unit in a quiet complex with a great dock for lake access. Dock has covered seating so there is shade. Appreciate the thoughtful touches - a few snacks, ice, charging cords. Would be happy to stay here again hopefully when it is a little cooler."

"Pros: Great location and a beautiful view, reasonably priced. Cons: Strict AirB&B style check out rules, A/C won't go below 70, which for July is still hot to sleep in"

"Great stay for large groups. Right in the middle of downtown Wilmington."

"Great location!"

"The hosts are great communicators and the place was clean and tidy. Lots of info on places to go and things to do. The best part about our stay was the view! Absolutely stunning."

"Central location, walked to most of the things we wanted to do. Great restaurants and shopping. Very dog friendly town. "

"Amazing host and great location."

"The property is beautiful and in a central location close to all things you would want to do in downtown Wilmington. Very clean! My constructive criticism would be more towels and washcloths for stays that are multiple days as there is no washer and dryer. At this price point customers shouldn’t have to pay extra for the basics. One towel and washcloth per guest is simply not good service (would be ok if you had access to laundry).
