“Pre-trip: It was difficult getting a response to inquiries from the host. Upon arrival at unit, was not able to enter due to the link for gaining entry was never sent to me. After speaking with the host remote access was provided and instructions regarding the link. In checking the unit, only 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 1 wash cloth were provided for 2 people for 7 days! Contacted the host and final got additional towels on the 3rd day. “I had reserved this place for a month. The day of my reservation I was notified by my work that the location of our job site was switched and I needed to be nearly an hour away, across town. So I reached out to ask the Host if we could just cancel my reservation. It turned out to be a four or five day event, with numerous calls in to Vrbo Cust. Service. The Host would not give me a refund, and she was so suspicious of everything that she didn’t even believe the Vrbo agent worked for Vrbo, and……

“This rental is in a great location.....activities restaurants and a mall are within walking distance or a 2 minute drive. Very safe areaVery clean and people are quick to respondThe only down side was tge microwave names a loud popping noise when u first start it.....it kinda scared me but then worked normally. I must note i forgot to mention this to tge host.Other than that thus rental was awesomePerfect for 4 people”

“The unit was nice, clean and the location was good for our needs. But not a lot of extras so a long term stay would require some kitchen items. Also, no pillowcases in master so we found some less decorative shams to use. Also the other bedroom didn’t have sheets in it so we found some and made that bed. ”
