"We loved our time at this sweet cabin!! Even though it rained while there, we enjoyed time on the beautiful deck, watching the river. We were 5 minutes from Bastrop and enjoyed hiking in Bastrop State Park and eating downtown. The cabin had all of the supplies that we needed and more. I would definitely recommend this cabin and we will be back!!"

"Nice cabin 15 minutes from college station. We had tickets to a baseball game and stayed one night. The cabin was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Easy check in and check out process. Highly recommend for a couple or small group."

"The hou8se itself was extremely clean. And our host was extremely easy to contact. The house did have an ant infestation and we paid quite a bit of money for the property to have a pool, only to get there and the pool be almost disguisting. There were dead leaves and dirt on the bottom of the entire pool. I understand that the house is supposed to be completely accesible and it just didnt feel like we got a fair shake dealing with you guys."

"This was our second stay and we absolutely love it out here. So peaceful and well accommodated. The hosts are the best I've ever worked with for vacation rentals. The property is so neat to explore. We brought our e-bikes this time and it made for some great rides as well as an easy trip to Buescher next door to ride the road to Bastrop. A+ vacation!!"

"Overall I enjoyed my stay but as feedback for this property owner, I feel obligated to let them know about some issues below: The unit could use some added attention to cleanliness. The bed linens (pillows, duvet) could use replacing and/or a really good washing. I had to use my own pillow because the pillows smelled like dirty hair and I had to turn the duvet upside down because one of the corners smelled like bad body odor. The bed sheets were clean, but the items contained in the clean linens...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this Rustic Retreat. We were 4 retirees attending the Antique Weekend. Only a 10 minute drive to Warrenton. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Should be at least one person who can manage the upper bunk. The grounds were pastoral and the back porch looked out over a full pond. That was a good place to relax in the morning or evening!"
